By downloading and using Docly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Docly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Docly is a mobile application that allows you to:

• Create and manage client information
• Generate professional invoices
• Create contracts using pre-built templates
• Export documents as PDF
• Manage your business profile (name, logo, signature)

3. Free Tier and Premium Access

Free Tier

• Full access to all features
• Limited to 3 PDF exports
• No subscription required

Premium (Lifetime Access)

• One-time purchase of $9.99
• Unlimited PDF exports
• Unlocks all premium features
• No recurring subscription

Pricing is subject to change. Changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate business and client information
• Not use the App to create fraudulent documents
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass payment restrictions
• Be responsible for all content you create with the App

5. Intellectual Property

• App Content: The App, its design, and code are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of all documents and information you create using the App.
• Templates: Contract templates are provided for your use. You may modify them for your needs but cannot resell or redistribute them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Documents created will be legally binding in your jurisdiction (consult a lawyer for legal advice)
• Your data will never be lost (regular backups are your responsibility)

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

8. Payment Terms

• Premium purchases are processed via Apple's In-App Purchase system
• All sales are final – no refunds unless required by law

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
