All data is stored locally on your device using secure device storage. This includes:
- Business Profile: Business name, email, address, logo, and signature
- Client Information: Name, email, address, and tax ID
- Invoices and Contracts: Document content, items, and metadata
- App Settings: Preferences and configuration
- Purchase History: Premium subscription status (managed by RevenueCat)
3. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data never leaves your device except:
- When you export documents: You choose to share PDFs via email, AirDrop, or save to Files – this is under your control
- In-App Purchases: RevenueCat (see below) processes purchase transactions

We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and manage premium subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect:
- Purchase history and transaction data

- Delete All Data: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data
- Export Before Deletion: Export important documents as PDFs before uninstalling
- Edit or Delete: You can edit or delete clients, invoices, and contracts within the app

Docly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
